Whether you're looking to refine your technique, boost your confidence, or simply have fun, our Small Group Football Sessions offer the perfect environment to achieve your football goals. BLOCK BOOKINGS - When purchasing through our 'Block Booking' plan, please remember to book on to each session will you be attending after checkout. The 'Block Booking' plan acts as credit in your member account that will be valid for 1 month after your purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

At The New Croft Foundation, we strive to provide high-quality, personalised football sessions for our players. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. 1. Refunds for 1-2-1 & Small Group Sessions Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued if a 1-2-1 session is cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery date. No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session will not be eligible for a refund. 2. Refunds for 1-2-1 & Small Group Sessions Block Bookings Part Refunds: Please note that part refunds are not available for block bookings of 1-2-1 sessions. 3. Postponements Session Postponement: If a player is unable to attend a session due to reasons beyond their control (such as illness or unforeseen personal circumstances), The New Croft Foundation may, at its discretion, offer the option to postpone the session to a mutually agreed-upon date. Notification: To request a postponement, please contact us as soon as possible with the details of your situation. Postponement requests are subject to availability and must be approved by The New Croft Foundation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
