Academy Students Showcase Talent in Las Vegas

Students from Haverhill Football Academy recently returned from an unforgettable experience competing in the Mayor’s Cup International Tournament in Las Vegas.
This world-renowned tournament attracts hundreds of college coaches and scouts, providing our players with a unique opportunity to showcase their talent and gain exposure to potential scholarship opportunities in the US.
The trip was split into two separate experiences for our male and female students. Throughout the tournament, our students not only tested themselves against elite opposition from around the world but also demonstrated their skills and professionalism in front of influential figures in the U.S. college soccer scene.
Beyond the competition, the trip was packed with some fantastic experiences. Students had the chance to train with top-level coaches from US Sports Scholarships and gain valuable insight into the American collegiate system. They also had the opportunity to connect with players from other academies. Of course, no trip to Las Vegas would be complete without taking in the sights and sounds of this iconic city.
This incredible experience not only provided a platform for our students to showcase their abilities but also highlighted the ongoing success and ambition of the Haverhill Football Academy in developing young players and creating life-changing opportunities through football.
